Returns & Replacements

Online purchases

All sales are final. No cash refunds may be made, however, store credit for exchange may be allowed allowed on all objects purchased from our webstore with the exception of a specific special items. Items may only be returned in case of online misrepresentation or if the item is not as described. Any claim of misrepresentation must be made within fifteen (15) days of order receipt, along with proof of test results, expert reports, etc. Item must be returned in its original condition. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, Taino Treasures must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a full description of the damages.

Items not as described

Taino Treasures guarantees all items as as described on the item detail page. Any claim disputing the item was not received as described must be made by the original purchaser within ninety (90) days of delivery. The original purchaser must return the item to Taino Treasures in the same condition and state as it was received.
